Dinkum Recipes: Confirmed Crafting and Cooking

Dinkum recipes span crafting stations, food processing and specialist equipment. The 2026 Great Bite notes publish specific Hunter's Crafting Table recipes, while the older KRAFTON FAQ warns that platform versions can differ. This is a verified selection, not a complete cooking or crafting database.

01

Where recipes come from

Dinkum recipes cover furniture, tools, food processing and specialist equipment. The publisher's overview confirms crafting and decorating, while update notes specify conditions for particular stations and items. No single reviewed first-party page lists the complete current cooking and crafting catalogue.

Check the station, licence and platform before treating a listed combination as craftable in your game. The publisher's older Switch FAQ warned that recipes can differ between platforms while their updates are out of sync. Its specific 2025 build number is outdated, but the general need to check version context remains.

02

Hunter's Camp examples

The 2026 Great Bite notes provide actual Hunter's Crafting Table recipes. They list an Encyclopedia made from a Fish Book, Bug Book and Critter Book, and a Med Kit made from a First Aid Kit, Cloth and Silk. These are named examples from the official table, not an invented all-recipes list.

The same table lists a Scooter using a Hand Trolley, Boogie Board and Berkonium Bar, with a Striped Boogie Board alternative. It also lists the Tome of Wounding from a Magic Tome, Stone Wand and Berkonium Wand. These recipes belong to Ted Selly's Hunter's Camp station, so placing the same materials at another station is not guaranteed to work.

03

Machines and animal materials

Animal Tracks says an Egg Incubator recipe unlocks when you have Animal Breeding Licence level 1 or higher. It uses Fertilised Chicken Eggs to hatch chicks rather than as ingredients in cooking. Another addition, the Auto Placer, handles processable items in nearby machines according to its update description.

The 1.0 patch gives another licence-independent example: a Bug Terrarium recipe at Bug Catching level 30. Butterflies, moths and spiders inside can produce cocoons, which the spinning wheel turns into silk. That silk is one of the named materials in the Med Kit example above.

04

Platform and version differences

The Great Bite notes distinguish Hunter's Camp crafting from ordinary workbench additions and newer decorations. Some recipes can also be unlocked via a licence, a blueprint, a shop or a particular NPC. Reading only an item name without its unlock route can make a correct ingredient list appear broken.

Full cooking values, every variant and all present-day Switch-versus-PC ingredient differences remain 待确认. We have not copied an unsourced wiki table into this article. Use the current crafting interface for final ingredient checks and refer to dated official notes for newly added items.

QUESTIONS

What players ask

Are these all the recipes?

No. The cited patch notes confirm selected recipes only, and KRAFTON warns that crafting can differ between platform update versions.
